Will I get a reminder for my next payment after the paid period?
Unfortunately, at this moment we are not sending any notifications until the end of the paid period. A reminder about the re-payment is sent when the subscription ends.
I bought access to the application for 3 months, but the access expired sooner.

I paid for my subscription but still haven’t received the VAT invoice for the payment.
VAT invoices are sent automatically after the payment is made. If you have not received a VAT invoice, please choose the Invoices and subscription management tab, then Orders or inform us about it by sending a message to the address
Can I cancel my subscription before it ends?
You cannot cancel your subscription before it has ended. It is possible to send a complaint to our e-mail address and in a justified reason we can consider it positively for you.
What payment methods are available on your website?
To purchase access to our application, you can choose subscription payment with automatic card payment.
