REST API (JSON)
We provide a REST API in JSON format, which allows you to:
- fetch data from the application,
- send information,
- manage functionalities in a fully automated way.
Webhooks
The API is complemented by webhooks, which enable real-time data delivery from our application to your system. This way, you can instantly react to events without the need for additional polling.
Webhook Security
Our webhooks are fully secured in line with industry best practices:
SSL Certificate Verification – automatic SSL certificate validation (the webhook is disabled if the root certificate changes or if the certificate is invalid),
HMAC signing – ensures message authenticity and source verification,
Retry mechanism – automatic re-delivery up to 5 times with delays,
Idempotency key – prevents duplicates and ensures uniqueness,
Optional authorization:
via API Key (header),
via Basic Auth.
Monitoring & Event Logs
We provide comprehensive monitoring and a detailed execution log of webhook events, giving you full control over integrations and making it easy to track any issues.
